Absolutely no returns on custom imprinted, open stock items and discontinued items. Unopened stock items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of order with a 20% restocking fee.

All return items must be authorized by HOHAB, INC. or they will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
